Saugatuck provided growth equity to Power Plus in 2001 through Saugatuck Capital Company L.P. IV to fund an initial acquisition. Since its initial investment, Saugatuck has used its equity capital and sector expertise to complete an additional acquisition, diversify Power Plus’ product offering, and expand geographically. Proceeds from the recapitalization were used by the company to buy back Saugatuck’s equity ownership.

Power Plus is a leading supplier of temporary power, utility consulting & design and backup power services to a wide range of industries, including homebuilding, commercial construction, high tech, and manufacturing.
